Tender Management
In a tender, we bring different parties together in a short period of time. By combining a range of disciplines, we jointly arrive at a winning solution for the client. To do so, we apply a structured and proven approach, with clear frameworks for tender organisation, tender planning, and the preparation of award documentation.
Our approach is supported by a wide range of tools. With proven results: we win more than 50% of our tenders. And yes, we’re quite proud of that.
High Performing Teams (HPT)
At HPT, people are at the heart of everything we do. After all, the success of a project is largely determined by the way the project team works together, especially in high-pressure situations.
With HPT, we support teams in both tender processes and execution-phase projects. We equip teams with practical tools and targeted training, enabling them to perform at their best under all circumstances.
Planning & Risk Management (P&RM)
Effective planning cannot exist without robust risk management, and vice versa. That’s why we combine these disciplines into a single practice. This enables us to apply probabilistic planning and make projects more predictable.
We have developed methods that allow us to review and analyse schedules in a short timeframe, while clearly identifying the most critical planning risks. This creates early insight into the project’s risk profile, which plays a key role in design choices, execution decisions, and strategic considerations.
Digital Project Management (DPM)
Complex projects generate enormous amounts of data. That data is spread across client, contractor and subcontractors, and usually sits in endless series of PDF documents. The information is there, but the insight is missing.
Overview only emerges when you bring that data together. That is where Count & Cooper steps in. We unlock and connect project data from every corner of the project and turn it into insight teams can steer on.
AI as an everyday tool
We invest heavily in the everyday use of AI. The goal is to make every C&C professional more effective and so increase our impact on project results. We do this in two ways:
- Core skills for everyone: all employees are trained and quickly develop the AI skills they need in their projects every day.
- Continuously new applications: we constantly build and improve AI based tools and applications, fed directly by practice in our projects.
