As an Analyst, you dive into complex issues, bring overview and insight, and translate data into sharp insights, from in-depth Excel sheets to strategic advice. You make sure it's right, so the rest of the team can move forward. You get responsibility quickly, but always as part of a team you can rely on.

Planning Analyst
As a planning analyst at C&C, you work at the heart of megacomplex infrastructure projects. Together with experienced colleagues you build the integral planning in which design, preparation, environment and execution come together, and where large financial interests and countless dependencies play a role. You analyse how activities relate to each other, understand what drives progress, and help technical disciplines come together on a realistic, shared phasing. That way you learn not only how to build a complex schedule, but above all how to use planning to actually steer a project. You develop fast, both in practice and through the intensive two-year C&C Academy programme, in which you train as a specialist and work towards the internationally recognised PMI-SP certification.

MEAT Analyst
As a MEAT analyst at C&C, you work at the heart of tender teams for the largest and most complex infrastructure projects. Together with a C&C product lead and technical specialists from different companies, you get to the bottom of the client's question and translate it into what is really needed to win the tender and deliver it successfully. You bring insight, overview and structure to an environment where, under high time pressure, different disciplines, interests and technical solutions come together. You ask the right questions, analyse requirements and opportunities, connect the knowledge of specialists, and help the team turn different ideas into one distinctive, feasible and convincing approach. That way you learn to get to grips with complex issues fast, and experience how strategy, technique and collaboration come together in a winning bid.
