What can the construction industry learn from peace negotiator Fleur Ravensbergen?
Fleur is a peace negotiator in conflict zones and will take us through what that entails. At the table, we will engage in conversation and explore the similarities with our own projects. Together with our colleague Wilbert Bonhof as a guest at the table, we will translate these insights into our own project practice.
The evening will be hosted by Dirk van Uffelen, organizational psychologist at Count & Cooper, who works daily on enhancing team collaboration in tenders and execution projects.
