Academy
learning from people who know the work
You get stuck on a choice in your project. You put the question in the group chat, and within a few hours five colleagues who have been there before have answered. That is the Academy in practice: learning from people who know the work, about a question that is genuinely live on your project today.

Triple Development
craft, person and career
The aim is for you to grow: not only in your role, but also as a person and in your career. We call that Triple Development.
Think of a consultant who handles a difficult conversation just as convincingly as they adjust a schedule. That is what we mean by a well-rounded professional: not only strong in your profession, but steady in the rest of your life too.
What you learn changes with your role
Analist
Professional and personal growth. The foundation for everything that follows.
Consultant
Execution power: organising, collaborating and influencing.
Senior Consultant
The same execution power, but with more weight: bigger questions, more influence on the outcome.
Lead
Leading individuals and teams.
Principal
Leading complex projects and organisational systems.

How we train
theory and the cases from your own project
We train on the basis of theory and the cases from your own project. Not a fictional case, but the question that is on your desk right now.
We combine that with e-learning, in-person training and lessons from your own project leaders: the people who do the work themselves. Where useful we bring in external (co-)trainers and providers, from a network we have built up over many years.
The programme has three components
Professional training
Theory and methodology for your discipline, applied directly to the question on your desk today.
Personal development
Competencies, conversation techniques and leadership. Strong in your profession, and steady in the rest of your life.
Online learning
Through Udemy you keep learning in your own time, from software to substance.
Part of the training leads to PMI certification, a qualification that carries weight in the sector.

Strong people, strong teams
Practice High Performing Teams
Strong people do not automatically make a strong team. That is why we have the High Performing Teams practice, led by Dirk van Uffelen. Here you work on what really makes a team strong under pressure: not professional knowledge alone, but how you complement and challenge each other.
The Academy takes time alongside your project. We plan it together, and it is not always easy. But you will notice the difference.
